There is no current plan to put speed bumps in our community. Nor has there been any serious discussions by the HOA board members. That doesn’t mean it is out of the question later.

It is very important that every homeowner recognizes that the speed limit in the community is 15 MPH. This was voted on and approved by the HOA board and did not need a community vote.

We do not want speed bumps. They are an expense that can be best used on something else. It must be stated, however, that if speeding continues throughout the neighborhood, the safety of our children, homeowners, and dog walkers, are paramount and the top concern for the HOA.

Please slow down and remember – Only YOU can prevent speed bumps!
