While we wait to see if the 2025/2026 budget passes, we wanted to give you the updates on what is going on within our community. We will continue to Email everyone when there is stuff that needs everyone’s attention, but for now, we will keep this one simple and on here!

Internet – As we talked about in the budge meeting, if you are having severe internet issues, please reach out to Fiber Fast Homes (our contracted internet company. 1-866-334-2021)

There are new and updated routers that might solve your problems. An earlier internet test was conducted and we are receiving the internet we are supposed to, but that does not translate to your homes. For those that have reached out, I will be sending your contact information to them this week.

Lights – We have been told that we are still on backorder for the lights that will be going up in the back end of the community. We are also going to look at the cost of adding more as needed. We will keep you updated on that as warranted.

Retention ponds – We received the quarterly report on retention ponds and several are in need of repair. We are working to get Dream Finders to cover those costs as they are pre-existing to the community turnover. We will know more in the coming weeks, hopefully sooner.

Norris street regrading project – We are awaiting a start date from DF (Dream Finders). Once we know for certain we will reach out to those homes that will be effected by the work.

Construction – The final home that is under construction is finally near completion. We have been told that the home has been sold so things should speed up quickly. With the construction crews close to vacating that area, we should see fewer issues with traffic and damage to lawns (hopefully)
